Inferno-Ink Needles Return & Refund Policy

At Inferno-Ink Needles, we are committed to providing tattoo professionals with premium-quality products backed by exceptional customer service. Due to the nature of the products we sell, many items are considered medical or sterile-use products and are subject to strict return guidelines to protect the safety of our customers.

By placing an order with Inferno-Ink Needles, you agree to the following Return & Refund Policy.

30-Day Return Policy

Most unopened, unused, and resalable products may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or store credit.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The product must be in its original unopened packaging.

  • All seals, shrink wrap, and sterile packaging must remain intact.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Products returned that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a partial refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned once shipped:

  • Tattoo cartridges

  • Tattoo needles

  • Sterile medical products

  • Opened inks and pigments

  • Opened stencil products

  • Medical supplies with broken seals

  • PPE (gloves, masks, sleeves, etc.)

  • Clearance or closeout merchandise

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or special-order items

If one of these items arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Missing items

  • Contains incorrect products

  • Includes manufacturer defects

Notify Inferno-Ink Needles within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the shipping box

  • Photos of the shipping label

  • A description of the issue

Our customer support team will review your claim and determine whether a replacement, store credit, or refund is appropriate.

Return Authorization (RMA Required)

All returns require prior authorization.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Product(s) being returned

  • Reason for return

Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a verified manufacturer defect:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • Inferno-Ink Needles is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refund Processing

After your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may apply.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Inferno-Ink Needles.

Exchanges

We gladly replace items that are:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrectly shipped

If you would like a different size, configuration, or product, please place a new order after your return has been approved.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Orders returned because of:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

  • Refused delivery

  • Failure to claim the package

may be subject to:

  • Return shipping charges

  • Restocking fees

  • Original shipping charges

Any remaining balance will be refunded after the package has been received and inspected.

Manufacturer Warranty

Certain products may include manufacturer warranties.

Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer and product type.

Inferno-Ink Needles will gladly assist customers in contacting the appropriate manufacturer when applicable.

Warranty claims do not automatically qualify for refunds.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the standard return process.

International Orders

International orders are generally considered final sale.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Taxes

  • Import fees

  • Local regulations regarding tattoo and medical supplies

Inferno-Ink Needles cannot refund shipping costs due to customs delays or refused international deliveries.

Fraud Prevention

Inferno-Ink Needles reserves the right to:

  • Refuse returns that appear fraudulent.

  • Limit excessive return activity.

  • Decline refunds for products showing signs of use, tampering, or abuse.
